who are we?
We are the change we want to see in the world. Restoring Grace is a consulting and professional learning agency that uses Restorative Practices to assist in cultivating community, creating connections, and changing how we handle conflict. We embed the use of restorative practices into each of our learning sessions to guide the conversations that lead to change.

Community and connection are our why. Relationships are the most essential part of our existence.
We want individuals that are penalized and criminalized to be offered restoration.
We want those that have survived wrongdoing to be heard and have their needs met. We want to bring people together from diverse backgrounds to promote empathy, understanding and connection.
We want students to feel emotionally and physically safe and secure in schools.
We want to Restore Grace to our communities.
